Acceptable Use & Prohibited Items Policy

Effective date: August 26, 2026

Launch preparation notice: This is the current platform policy and intentionally blocks some regulated categories more broadly than local law may require.

Core rule

Do not use Find It For Me to locate, list, source, buy, sell, transfer, facilitate or promote goods, services or transactions that are unlawful, prohibited by this policy, or create unacceptable legal or safety risk. Passing an automated filter does not mean the platform has approved legality.

Prohibited or restricted categories

No evasion

Do not evade controls with misspellings, encoding, euphemisms, split requests, misleading images/titles, alternate sessions, or repeated probing intended to discover safety-filter boundaries.

Seller obligations

Sellers must own or be authorized to sell inventory, lawfully possess it, provide truthful/current information, have rights to submitted photos and descriptions, and promptly update items that become sold or unavailable.

Buyer obligations

Buyers remain responsible for confirming they may lawfully purchase, possess, receive, import, export, transport and use an item. A search result, match score, paid unlock or platform-filter result is not regulatory or legal approval.

Fraud, privacy and platform abuse

Impersonation, knowingly false inventory, fake transactions, doxxing, stalking, harvesting personal information, bypassing paid unlocks, scraping protected data, reselling protected leads, or overwhelming the service are prohibited.

Enforcement

Find It For Me may block searches, reject/remove inventory, refuse transactions, restrict features or suspend access where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, security or policy enforcement.
